I like finding other, experienced adwords geeks out there. One bit I'd like to throw in, and I'm sorry if you mentioned this in an earlier post, is to use the content network and then run a placement report to find sites to placement target. You can match demographic data all day long, but if you have verifiable evidence of a site that drives conversions, that should take precedence.
